Tennessee Oncology is seeking a Manager, Research Early Phase Program to lead the Phase I Unit and early phase studies in a community oncology setting. The role requires an RN license with 5+ years of nursing experience and 3+ years in oncology, plus clinical research exposure and GCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred for nursing leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience as a registered nurse with oncology nursing experience.
• 3+ years of oncology nursing with clinical research exposure and GCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Early Phase Program operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and track potential trial participants and maximize enrollment.
• Maintain program performance metrics and safety initiatives.
• Develop screening workflows and coordinate with investigators and staff.
• Act as clinical resource for screening operations and trial coordination.
