Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Directory Services to lead the enterprise directory infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, DNS, and PKI integration. This role drives secure, scalable directory solutions and partners with Cybersecurity and IT teams to support global authentication services.

The candidate will manage architecture, operations, and lifecycle of directory services, ensuring high availability, security, and user-friendly access across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years in identity and access management with at least 4 years on directory solutions.
• Strong background in IT security, authentication protocols, and IAM frameworks supporting directories over 50,000 users.
• Deep understanding of directory technologies (LDAP/LDAPS, directory schema, replication, GPOs) and PKI solutions.
• Knowledge of identity providers like Microsoft AD, AD LDS and Azure AD.
• Ability to solve highly complex authentication/authorization problems in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise directory services roadmap to ensure secure access across applications and platforms.
• Modernize legacy directory infrastructure and establish standards for design and governance.
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of directory services for scalability and resilience.
• Collaborate with IT, security, development, and product teams to integrate directory capabilities into platforms.
