CVS Health is seeking a strategic product leader for the Oak Street Health team to own risk modeling and digital product development, defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver successful launches.

You will lead a data science team, oversee clinical risk models and next-best-action framework, and work across the organization to align product strategies with business goals while ensuring regulatory and quality standards.

A Brief Overview

This exciting new role in our Oak Street Health team will provide strategic leadership for Risk Modeling product development by defining roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches. You will work with a talented data science team and will own our clinical risk models, patient engagement models, and next best action framework to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.

The right candidate will provides strategic leadership for digital product development by defining product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches. Oversees the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and iteration. You will work across the organization to align product strategies with business goals, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.

We will consider remote US for this position.

What You Will Do

• Establishes the efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
• Develops technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team.
• Delivers innovative ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
• Decides targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
• Facilitates continuous and cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational level.
• Defines strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.

For This Role You Will Need Minimum Requirements

7+ years of progressive product management work experience in enterprise level organizations within digital or analytics including:

• Stellar communications and a passion for driving new and innovative products from start to finish
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) and business intelligence skills
• Strong experience with collaboration cross functionally and building a team culture
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer exposure or direct experience with leveraging applied data science, AI, etc to build impactful and scale-able products
• Prior experience within healthcare
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
