Job summary

INK Communications Co. seeks a Senior Manager, Digital to lead day-to-day digital work and serve as the primary client contact on up to four accounts. You will guide social and digital campaigns to meet client objectives and drive measurable results.

You will coach junior teammates, present data-driven insights, and stay ahead of platform changes in a hybrid, North America–facing environment, collaborating with senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of full-time social media and/or digital experience.
  • Agency experience required (any amount).
  • Direct paid social or paid search or programmatic experience required, both execution and strategy.
  • Direct organic social strategy and execution preferred.
  • Experience in B2B, especially tech and/or renewable energy.
  • Strong client relations skills and intuition.
  • Excellent writing skills, clear communicator.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple client responsibilities.
  • Exposure and interest in managing and coaching.
  • Ability to learn and understand client industries and complex, technical topics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day digital work and act as primary client contact on up to four accounts.

  • Coach and oversee junior team members on campaign execution and reporting.

Senior Manager, Digital
Job Description

The Senior Manager, Digital serves as day-to-day digital lead and a primary client contact on up to four accounts and may also serve as day-to-day account lead.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Works with teams to consistently implement social media and digital strategies and integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Develops and executes cross-channel digital strategies incorporating organic social, paid social, and digital tactics to meet and exceed client objectives and goals, as well as considers the entire integrated marketing ecosystem within plans.
  • Coaches and oversees junior team members on campaign execution, editorial calendar management, moderation, engagement, and reporting.
  • Hones client service skills and strategic planning expertise, working closely with Director and VP and mentoring team members.
  • Ensures materials are client ready and applies thoughtful analysis to data-driven measurement reports.
  • Practices INK’s motto of “be there before,” staying ahead of industry and digital trends, staying up to date on platform features and changes, anticipating client needs and opportunities, and sharing their insights generously with their teams and clients.
  • Embodies INK values and culture and are committed to employee development.
  • Manages 2-3 INKers through day-to-day coaching, regular check-ins, and performance reviews.
  • May be part of the client services (CS) and media relations teams.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Starting Salary Range

$90,000+, commensurate with experience
