Job summary

Everpure in Prague seeks a Senior Manager, Data Mobility Delivery to lead our global Migration Center of Excellence, bridging people management with high-visibility customer engagements across hybrid cloud, enterprise storage, and multi-region infra.

You will partner with regional Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to shape enterprise deals pre-signature, drive delivery strategies, and resolve high-impact escalations.

THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, Data Mobility Delivery leads and scales our global Migration Center of Excellence, serving as an authority and strategic delivery leader. In this role, you will bridge people management with high-visibility customer engagements, directing complex data mobility execution across hybrid cloud, enterprise storage, and multi-region infrastructure. Partnering closely with regional Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams, you will shape enterprise deals before signature, drive delivery strategies, and resolve high-impact operational escalations. This role is vital for establishing regional delivery credibility, expanding strategic customer relationships, and ensuring seamless data transition onto the Everpure Platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive Regional Delivery Excellence: Oversee end-to-end data migration lifecycles across global accounts ensuring zero data loss and minimal disruption to customer business operations.
• Elevate Governance & Quality Standards: Define and enforce standardized delivery playbooks, quality gates, and post-engagement retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and operational resilience across all regional engagements.
• Scale Talent & Strategic Resourcing: Directly lead, mentor, and coach a multicultural team of migration engineers, architects, and coordinators while optimizing agile resource allocation across full-time, resident, and partner delivery resources.
• Partner on Presales & Growth: Collaborate with regional Sales and Services leadership during pre-signature phases to architect deliverable scopes, build technical credibility with client executives, and expand account footprint across new and existing logos.
• Lead Operational Escalations: Serve as oversight for critical delivery risks, complex technical incidents, establishing rapid-resolution playbooks and leading executive-level risk communications.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Enterprise Service Delivery: experience in enterprise infrastructure, professional services, or technical delivery, with a proven track record leading large-scale data center, storage (NAS, SAN, block, file), and data migration programs.
• People Management & Multi-Location Leadership: Proven experience managing direct reports across geographically dispersed, multicultural regions. Skilled at leading through influence in matrixed organizations and partnering effectively with peers and external stakeholders.
• Technical Foundation: Solid, hands-on background in enterprise IT infrastructure, storage architectures, networking, or systems engineering.
• Strategic Partnerships & Customer Presence: Exceptional customer-facing presence with a track record of leading client conversations directly. Ability to adapt delivery strategies across distinct regional dynamics (from structured EMEA environments to fast-paced APJ markets).
• Escalation Management & Governance: Exceptional risk classification, root-cause analysis, and escalation ownership skills, with the composure to lead teams through high-stakes cutover windows.

Office Presence

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
