Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead delivery workstreams within a large-scale enterprise Data Governance program. You will shape data modeling and architecture, oversee SME interviews, and drive data lineage initiatives across multiple pods while interfacing with enterprise architecture and senior client leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Architecture.
• Strong grounding in data modeling and architecture concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data lineage, data quality frameworks, and data controls.
• Ability to interpret and operationalize enterprise data management policy.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting to VP+ stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pods focused on data lineage documentation, target-state ADS landscape, and aggregation layer controls.
• Shape data modeling and architecture decisions for the target-state ADS landscape with enterprise architecture.
• Conduct SME interviews and translate policy into actionable delivery, managing a small team of analysts.
• Bridge between engineering, enterprise architecture, and data office, presenting findings to senior client leadership.
• Define repeatable playbooks and templates for data lineage harvesting and ADS onboarding.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Tooling teams to evaluate and adopt data governance platforms.
• Establish and report KPIs and metrics for lineage coverage, ADS compliance, and data quality.
