Oracle Corporation is seeking a senior professional to lead data center cabling design, implementation, and continuous improvement across multiple centers in the United States. The role emphasizes coordinating infrastructure efforts, standardizing processes, and delivering on complex projects with a focus on customer experience.

The position includes guiding cross-functional teams, managing vendor relations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of cabling standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees implementation of structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.
• Supervises the deployment of physical plant cabling systems.
• Ensures team understands global data center cabling and infrastructure standards and maintains adherence.
• Contributes to troubleshooting moderately complex cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
• Guides coordination of infrastructure implementation efforts for Oracle data centers.
• Drives development of sustainable and repeatable solutions to support continuous improvement of data centers.
• Provides guidance on aligning team to project scope, reviewing BOMs and resources, and aligning roadmaps with business needs.
• Ensures team prioritizes customer experience in project planning and delivery.
• Models collaboration with Program Management to ensure on-time deliverables and documents vendor progress and roadblocks.
• Drives creation and maintenance of documentation on cabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.
• Provides guidance in collaborations with vendors to deliver data center build-outs and may participate in vendor bidding.
• Mentors team to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages multiple medium- to large-scale projects across teams, guiding priorities and adapting plans as needed.
• Drives cross-functional partnerships and fosters inclusive collaboration with business leaders and external partners.
• Provides direction on solving complex operational and technical issues and analyzing data to identify solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure

• -Oversees implementation of structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.

Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & Continuous Improvement

• -Guides the coordination of infrastructure implementation efforts for Oracle data centers.
• -Drives development of sustainable and repeatable solutions to support the continuous improvement of data centers.

Project Management-Project Planning

• -Provides guidance on aligning team to the scope of project work, reviewing the Bill of Materials and resources available, reviews the project roadmap to align with the scope and business needs.
• -Ensures team prioritizes customer experience in project planning and delivery.

Project Management-Reporting & Documentation

• -Models collaboration with Program Management teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
• -Attends vendor business reviews to report on team's project updates and document vendor progress and roadblocks.
• -Drives the creation and maintenance of documentation on cabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.

Vendor Management

• -Provides guidance in collaborations with vendors to deliver build out of data center infrastructure.
• -May participate in the vendor bidding and selection process as needed.
• -Mentors team to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.

-Drives cross-functional partnerships to align on expectations and shared objectives across multiple teams. Coaches team members to develop strategic relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and long-term success. -Provides direction to multiple teams on addressing complex operational and/or technical issues as well as providing guidance on analyzing complex data and/or information to identify solutions. Reviews and provides insights into unresolved or critical issues, helping the team to identify potential solutions.
