Job summary

Walmart International is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead advanced data initiatives and standardize KPIs across eComm, Merchandizing and Operations. You will source data, ensure quality, and translate insights into strategic actions that improve customer value and operational efficiency.

You will mentor the analytics team, collaborate across functions, and govern data access, using Power BI and BigQuery to build dashboards and models that inform decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• 1 year's supervisory experience.

About the team

The Data Analytics team at Walmart International delivers actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions to support eCommerce, Operations, and Merchandising across multiple markets. The team develops and automates dashboards, ensures data accuracy, and analyzes pricing and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with merchants and market leaders, they standardize reporting and optimize data models using advanced tools like Power BI and BigQuery. The team also manages data governance and vendor coordination, driving consistent metrics and enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance business performance globally.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
