Job summary

PayPal in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the 1LoD Technology and Cyber Risk and Performance Metrics program end to end. You will coordinate across PayPal, Venmo, Xoom, and Zettle, ensuring trusted metrics and defensible reporting for leadership decisions.

You will drive execution autonomously, manage stakeholders, and advance risk governance through data-driven insights and clear communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience owning or running a technology, cyber, or risk metrics and reporting program with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk concepts and control frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end the metrics program, including KPIs and KRIs, from intake to published reporting.
• Build and maintain the program roadmap, align with business priorities and stakeholders.
• Produce executive dashboards and data storytelling for senior leadership.
• Maintain auditable documentation of metrics, definitions, data lineage, and ownership.
