RBC in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Manager to support the Director, CUSO FC Governance in regulatory compliance, operational risk, reporting, and governance for the Combined U.S. Operations. This role ensures regional execution of the Enterprise Financial Crimes Risk Management Framework.
You will lead RAMs and KRIs, coordinate reviews, assist in AML controls, and drive reporting alignment across the CUSO. Strong governance and risk management experience required.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000 (Minnesota) depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
