Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Senior Manager, Critical Account Programs to lead the new capability for the United States. This remote role requires coordinating cross-functional responses to high-impact customer situations, including executive-level communications and ownership of outcomes.

You will design the framework and governance, lead priority situations, and drive systemic improvements across teams. You will build the operating model, manage cross-functional resources, and partner with Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience building systems & processes to improve customer experience.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including ability to manage up to senior leadership and lead executive-level communication with customers under pressure.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Services, and Support to navigate complex issues across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build the Critical Account Programs operating model with end-to-end framework for managing high-impact situations.
• Lead cross-functional customer situations spanning Sales, Services, Product, Partners, Support, and Customer Success.
• Communicate with internal executives and customers, outlining impact, progress, risks and recovery plans.
