Unrivaled Teamwear in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Senior Manager of Graphic Design to lead GLB’s creative direction from concept through sales-ready execution. On-site role with quarterly travel, you’ll oversee art direction and seasonal lines, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You’ll drive market-driven design initiatives, collaborate with brand teams, and mentor a growing design group under the Senior Director – Creative Design.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4–6 years of graphic design experience in apparel.
• 4 years in a lead, supervisory, or management role within a creative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Lead art direction for GLB graphic design projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion.
• Drive market-driven research and development for new print and embroidery processes, techniques, and placements based on trend research across retail and relevant niche markets
• Direct graphic design for seasonal sample lines, ensuring final artwork is completed on time and according to established processes
• Write or oversee seasonal sales sample orders, approve sample artwork for bulk production, and support quality standards
• Present graphic designs and supporting information to the division’s sales force and retail buyers, including in person and in writing through seasonal Art Books and other sales-focused creative content
• Collaborate with brand and retail partners on pre-line graphic approvals aligned with brand market direction; quarterly travel is required
• Manage and coordinate special projects as directed by the Senior Director – Creative Design
• Establish and manage departmental budgets

In this onsite position in Lenexa, KS, you will lead graphic design across Gear Leisure Brands (GLB) seasonal sample lines and related materials, helping shape how prints and embroideries come to life from concept through sales-ready execution.

What you’ll do

As the Senior Manager of Graphic Design for GLB, you will set and maintain the creative vision for assigned graphic design projects. You will provide art direction and oversight for work requested by brand, field, and sales management teams, aligned to the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the department. Your focus is consistent delivery: ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 to 6 years of experience in graphic design within the apparel industry
• 4 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role within a creative environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
