Qualifikationen

• JD required.
• 10+ years' experience handling or supervising complex general liability claims.
• 5+ years in claims liability leadership position preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and develop a team of Coverage and Specialty Claims Examiners and Staff Attorneys.
• Establish and maintain coverage review practices across casualty claims teams.
• Oversee direct handling of select pollution, hazardous waste, bond, cyber, and other claims.
• Ensure reserve adequacy and loss cost exposure remains current.
• Embed litigation management practices and defense panel management.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
