You will mentor a team of category managers, negotiate terms with key suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies while tracking savings and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-year category strategies for Corporate Services spend categories aligned with business priorities and enterprise goals.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity assessment through supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
• Partner with executive functional leaders in HR, Finance, Legal, EHS, Travel, and other corporate functions to translate business needs into sourcing plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership and drive process efficiencies.
• Manage supplier relationships for key corporate services providers and drive performance reviews.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, and contracts with input from legal and business stakeholders.
• Assess market trends, supplier capabilities, and risks to inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive spend visibility, analytics, and reporting to track savings and supplier performance.
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of category managers and sourcing professionals.
• Collaborate with finance to validate savings and procurement impact beyond cost.
