ADM is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Communications, Corporate in Chicago/Decatur, IL. You will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise leaders, translating priorities into integrated communication plans and driving engagement across global teams.

The role combines senior advisory work with hands-on execution: develop executive messaging, build communications materials, and measure impact across functions while supporting transformation initiatives in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 8-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate or internal communications.
• Ability to translate business priorities into proactive communications strategies.
• Experience advising senior executives and leading global communications initiatives.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging and engagement.
• Partner with leaders to understand objectives and deliver communications solutions.
• Develop executive-ready communications and strategic materials for senior audiences.
• Support enterprise priorities and adapt communications portfolios accordingly.
• Create and deliver executive messaging, emails, intranet content and updates.
• Lead communications support for meetings, town halls and leadership events.
• Support change initiatives through proactive planning and execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive alignment and priorities.
• Use measurement and insights to evaluate effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Establish best practices and templates for Global Communications.
