Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is seeking a software development senior manager with cloud experience to lead a team of engineers responsible for software architecture and development of Identity components. The role is hands-on, guiding complex interactions and driving system-level design.

As a Senior Manager of Development you will own and manage a team of software engineers and software development managers responsible for software architecture and development for major components of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. You should become comfortable with low level operating systems development, be able to architect broad systems interactions, while being very hands-on, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and higher level system interactions. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.This role will drive major aspects of our product definition, contribute to the product strategy of our solutions, and contribute to the development of next generation Identity capabilities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $146,300 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
