Jazwares is seeking a Senior Manager of Consumer Products Creative for Squishmallows to protect, elevate, and expand the brand worldwide. You will report to the VP of Brand Integrity and lead a creative team, aligning licensee collaborations with our signature quality and age-appropriate design.

You will drive creative direction, manage approvals, improve processes, and mentor a talented group to deliver compelling assets for packaging, marketing, and product launches across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand management, marketing, licensing, or related field experience in consumer goods.
• 3+ years direct leadership with ability to mentor and delegate to a team.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with hands-on design skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, manufacturing constraints, product development cycles, and market design.

As the Senior Manager of Consumer Products Creative for Squishmallows, you will play a pivotal role in protecting, elevating, and expanding the magic of Squishmallows across the globe! Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Integrity, you will bridge the gap between creative excellence and sharp business acumen. You will collaborate closely with world‑class licensees and internal partners to ensure our signature quality, plush consistency, and demographic‑spanning charm shine through every consumer touchpoint. As the day‑to‑day champion for our partners, you will lead creative direction, streamline approvals, drive process improvements, and inspire a talented team. What You Will Do

• Act as the primary creative contact for assigned licensees by leading regular meetings, sharing clear creative direction, and translating trend insights into brand‑aligned strategies tailored for various customer age ranges and retail channels
• Review and comment on product designs, packaging, marketing collateral, and pre‑production samples to ensure strict alignment with brand identity, age‑appropriate appeal, and signature quality
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with retail, marketing, social, global events, and business teams to maintain strategic alignment, support business objectives, and elevate brand presence across the category
• Monitor product approval calendars, seamlessly manage multiple deadlines, and support the on‑time delivery of assets and reviews in a fast‑paced environment
• Curate compelling creative assets and product mock‑ups to inspire licensees, influence collections, and provide robust, hands‑on creative solutions using your graphic design skills
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that values professional growth, accountability, and high creative standards

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, licensing, or a related field within the consumer goods industry, ideally in a design‑focused or creative strategy role
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience with a proven track record of managing, mentoring, and delegating effectively to team members
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) with strong hands‑on graphic design capabilities
• Deep understanding of branding principles, manufacturing constraints, product development cycles, and mass/specialty market design awareness
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present creative direction and brand decisions to internal stakeholders and external partners
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to interpret trends across multiple age groups and product categories

Nice To Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Brand Management, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience specifically within the toy industry

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $112,440 - $139,440 / Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi‑state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.

Our benefits package includes Private Medical Insurance, Death in Service insurance, EAP, and pension.

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes a Monday through Thursday on‑site, with an optional WFH on Fridays.
