This role starts with the business. The Senior Manager, Business Tools & Technology will work closely with field, project and functional teams to understand how work actually gets done, identify the most important problems to solve, and design technology and data solutions around real user needs. This person will own the path from problem to solution, including defining requirements, shaping our technology strategy, evaluating and implementing solutions, leading pilots, connecting data across the organization, driving adoption, and measuring whether solutions deliver meaningful value. This is a senior-level individual contributor role on a lean team. We need someone who can set the strategy and drive the work forward. **What You'll Own****1. Understand the business and design around the user*** Develop a deep understanding of our teams, workflows, pain points and unmet needs.* Translate real-world use cases into clear business, technology and data requirements.* Design solutions around how teams need to work, rather than forcing users to adapt to technology.* Stay close to users after implementation to confirm solutions solve the intended problem.**2. Drive solutions from concept through execution*** Own priority initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurement.* Bring together business teams, enterprise technology partners and vendors to move initiatives forward.* Create clear business cases, requirements, implementation approaches and measures of success.* Drive decisions, resolve ambiguity and maintain momentum across complex cross-functional work.**4.
