What You’ll Do
Build the Compensation Strategy
- Help bring our compensation philosophy to life by building scalable job architecture and career levels that support a growing workforce.
- Design and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and job-grading programs that advance organizational goals.
- Analyze market data and emerging trends to keep our pay practices competitive, equitable, and ready for the future.
- Partner with leaders to connect compensation programs to business priorities and growth plans.
- Create clarity and consistency
- Lead job evaluations and promote consistency in job descriptions, classifications, and levels across the organization.
- Guide salary offers, promotions, and adjustments with a balanced focus on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Champion Fair and Compliant Pay Practices
- Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local requirements, including FLSA, EEO, and pay-equity laws.
- Monitor legal developments and evolving best practices to strengthen governance and proactively manage risk.
Turn Insights Into Action
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
- Translate compensation metrics and trends into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support workforce planning, budgeting, and sustainable growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and managers, offering practical solutions to complex compensation questions.
- Ability to Travel: Up to 25%
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Ten or more years of progressive experience in compensation management, analysis, or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, practices, policies, and legal requirements.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation technology.
