Reporting to the Communications Lead, we are seeking a US‑based Senior Communications Manager to support Airbnb’s Corporate Communications team. You’ll join a group dedicated to promoting and protecting the business, working on high‑visibility campaigns that shape Airbnb’s reputation.
The ideal candidate is comfortable developing and executing communications strategies with broad reach, has experience pitching and building relationships with media, and can craft compelling materials such as press releases, blog posts, pitches, and briefing documents. We’re looking for a savvy, articulate communicator whose skills, judgment, and work ethic align seamlessly with our team.
This position is US – Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Pay Range: $139,000 — $163,000 USD
