Job summary

Legrand is hiring a Sr. Manager Commercial Finance in West Hartford, CT, to support the Director Commercial Finance with sales analytics, system integration projects, and monthly close processes. This role offers exposure to executive-level reporting and cross-functional collaboration across LNCA.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in finance, strong analytical abilities, and experience with large datasets; MBA preferred, with a hybrid office arrangement in West Hartford.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related subject matter.
• MBA preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as financial liaison to marketing and sales to support reporting.
• Lead cross-NA team to develop systems and improve reporting.
• Analyze trends, variances, and develop system requirements.
• Support month-end close, budgets, and forecasts.
• Communicate with Legrand France and LNCA exec team.
