Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee clinical operations across campuses and online programs. You will coordinate teams, align with executive leadership, and drive partnerships with healthcare organizations to optimize student experiences.

Responsibilities include implementing new campuses, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering data-driven insights and scalable processes across the university's nursing and health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative or supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of clinical coordination, healthcare operations, or academic/practice partnerships.
• Ability to lead high performing teams, including hiring and developing direct reports.
• Excellent computer and written and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience in relationship management and influencing external partners.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent communication and executive presence within a matrix organization.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of clinical operations at all new campuses and new BSN online hub markets.
• Develop and manage training plans, oversee start-up, and manage a float pool for new campuses.
• Conduct regular touchpoints with key stakeholders for data, business ops and clinical coordination.
• Identify and lead process improvements in clinical coordination and partnership management.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance knowledge and advise on changes across regions.
• Ensure accuracy of college communications related to student services and clinical operations, including analytics and dashboards.
• Oversee policies for clinical operations in line with catalogs and governance; coordinate with Sr MCRs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Clinical Coordination Specialists and Sr Managers.
• Lead management of key clinical partner accounts based on utilization and growth potential.
• Build executive-level relationships with strategic healthcare partners.
• Analyze data trends to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
• Partner with academic leadership to address risks impacting student progression.
• Participate in leadership forums and organizational initiatives.
