Responsibilities
- Design and implement a consistent, scalable coaching model to support provider development across all service lines and at key launch points.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a small team of Clinical Educators - support their professional development and align team efforts with broader quality and education strategies.
- Provide coaching in escalated cases requiring advanced clinical expertise, and serve as a clinical resource to providers navigating complex situations.
- Equip the Clinical Educator team to serve as the first line of review for provider questions and clinical concerns, and establish clear escalation protocols to Medical Directors when additional guidance is needed.
- Leverage clinical audit data and performance trends, in partnership with Quality & Analytics, to identify recurring quality issues and utilize insights to inform coaching strategies, clinical guidelines, and product improvements.
- Partner with the Hims & Hers Clinical Quality team to develop and maintain centralized logs and dashboards that track provider performance and flag trends over time.
- Define standardized criteria for identifying and tracking low-performing providers and lead monthly Medical Director meetings to review cases for potential termination.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Hims & Hers Clinical Quality team, fostering alignment and building strong feedback loops between teams.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Care Coach managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.
- Partner with onboarding teams to share early performance trends and recommend improvements to onboarding content and approach.
- Continuously identify inefficiencies in quality workflows and champion scalable systems that promote excellence, consistency, and a strong provider experience.
