What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and manage implementation of customer data platform (CDP) roadmap for North America and Europe
2. Manage email, SMS, Narvar order tracking, and browser messaging platform roadmap for North America and Europe
3. Participate in agile development ceremonies to ensure consistent customer segments
4. Serve as subject matter expert for CDP and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
5. Implement data cleansing, hygiene, and append processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred; MBA preferred
2. 3-5 years of experience in a global product or platform manager role
3. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP platforms
4. Knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms
5. Strong skills in CRM platforms for omnichannel retail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with BlueConic CDP
2. Knowledge of SQL and information architecture
3. Familiarity with DSP, DMP, and other martech platforms
4. Previous experience in personalization platforms
