Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a Manager, CAD & Design Systems to lead CAD operations, product definition, design integration, release, and configuration management within the Mechanical Engineering organization.

This leader will set the strategy for how engineering creates, integrates, and releases product definition as the Linear Generator and related hardware grow in complexity. You will build and mentor the CAD Operations and Product Definition teams, own CAD standards and assembly

Formación

• Experience leading CAD operations or design systems in a hardware organization.
• Strong understanding of CAD standards, drawing practices, and large-assembly methods.
• Experience coordinating with PLM/ERP software teams to deliver workflow improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute long-term CAD, product definition, design integration, release, and configuration management strategy.
• Lead and develop CAD Operations and Product Definition & Integration teams; manage hiring and career growth.
• Own CAD standards, templates, libraries, and assembly architecture; drive faster release through improved handoffs across teams.
• Establish metrics for CAD throughput, release cycle time, and data integrity; enable scalable processes for growth.
