Eaton’s Power Reliability business is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Operations. You will own the PR Operating System, establishing governance, cadence, and performance visibility across five plants, with ~25% travel and base locations including Waukesha, WI and others.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll design, deploy, and continuously improve the systems that drive strategy, priorities, and accountability, leveraging EBS, Lean Six Sigma, and visual management tools.
Eaton’s Power Reliability business is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Operations. This role serves as the architect and owner of the Power Reliability Business Unit Operating System, establishing the management systems, governance processes, performance mechanisms, and operating cadence used to manage PR’s five manufacturing plants. The position can be based in Waukesha, WI; Broomfield, CO; Greenwood, SC; Jonesville, SC; Nacogdoches, TX; Olean, NY; or South Milwaukee, WI. Approximately 25% travel is anticipated.
This role reports directly to the business Operations Director and is a strategic partner to the division leadership team. The primary function of this position is to design, deploy, govern, and continuously improve the operating systems that enable the business to execute its strategy and achieve its performance objectives. This leader will own the processes, tools, governance structure, visual management systems, and business rhythm used by the leadership team to review performance, establish priorities, resolve gaps, and maintain accountability.
Through the application of Eaton Business System (EBS) principles, Value Stream Management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies, this position develops and improves the management systems that enable leaders to identify priorities, address performance gaps, execute strategic initiatives, and achieve business objectives.

The position offers an exceptional platform for demonstrating readiness for broader operational leadership responsibilities through direct involvement in business performance management, strategic deployment, operational excellence, and multi‑site support.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
