Job summary

Metso seeks a Senior Manager, Product Sales Support for Bulk Automation Technology NCA. You will lead specialized technical sales support, develop solutions for Bulk Material Handling opportunities, manage the sales process, and support campaigns with customer-focused offerings.

Reports to the Business Line; position located in Vancouver, Pittsburgh, or York with up to 70% travel across North & Central America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in technical sales or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Bulk Material Handling equipment and the mining industry.
• Experience with electrical, automation, and software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support sales activities for designated service offerings and technologies.
• Act as Solution Lead on sales cases based on expertise and needs.
• Collaborate with business line and market area teams for alignment and execution.
• Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements to tailor solutions.
• Drive value co-creation with customers to strengthen relationships.
