The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

This position will provide actuarial support for our Professional Liability (PL) Business Unit, which provides Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage for key strategic business segments. In this role, you will have the chance to partner directly with underwriting and business partners to drive profitable results through development of rate plans and providing analytic insights to help set strategy for the business.
Support of the PL products involves assessing coverage profitability through rate adequacy analysis, rate reviews, and other ad hoc analysis, along with rate filings and other analyses to facilitate strategy implementation. A high level of engagement with Product Management and Business Unit partners is a key component of success in this role.
