Job summary

Amity Foundation in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Senior Manager of Billing and Contract Compliance to oversee all billing operations and ensure contracts meet financial compliance requirements. This on-site role leads a team and partners with leadership to strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and proven experience with program contract billing, reporting, and policy development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with billing operations and financial compliance monitoring.
• Experience developing policies and procedures, internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all organization billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4 billing staff.
• Maintain understanding of financial compliance requirements for contracts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliant billing practices.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with contract and regulatory requirements; identify risks.
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen internal controls and billing processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses as needed.
