We are seeking a Senior Manager for Assembly and Facility Operations to join our team in Stennis Space Center, MS. This position will be responsible for the safety, cost, quality, delivery, and productivity of the RS‑25 large liquid rocket engine and pump assembly team and will directly report to the Site General Manager. This position will work closely with multiple functional areas to optimize material flow, equipment, and workforce requirements within the area to meet or exceed daily business objectives. The position will provide leadership to a team of first line managers, facilities engineers, and touch labor teams across multiple shifts. The focus will be on working with other departments to drive continuous improvement, remove waste, and cost from assembly and facility processes.
