Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Production Management (Management Path) for the Filling department in Fort Worth.

You will lead a 24/7 aseptic filling organization, guiding strategic planning, policy development, and resource allocation to drive excellence and reliability. Responsibilities include developing frontline leaders, ensuring contamination control, coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, and managing incidents, startups, shutdowns and escalations while fostering a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (or higher).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontline leaders and production teams to build accountability and operational excellence.
• Champion aseptic behavior and contamination control in a 24/7 filling operation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Technical Services, Validation, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
• Provide leadership during critical production events, startups, shutdowns, and escalations.
• Oversee multiple teams and contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Decide on resource allocation and project approvals to ensure reliability.
