You will mentor staff, shape technical direction, and contribute to advanced research areas such as causal inference and ML-driven demand estimation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related industry experience.
• 4+ years of management experience in developing machine learning models at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to create and drive technical roadmaps and execute them.
• Passion for management and creating opportunities for career growth for team members.
• Ability to communicate clearly to cross functional partners of varying technical levels.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala; experience with big data ecosystems.
