We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Application Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions supporting key business capabilities. This role will be responsible for managing high-performing engineering teams while driving modernization initiatives across cloud-native platforms, microservices architectures, and AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies, API and integration delivery, microservices architecture, AI-assisted software development, and healthcare technology platforms. This leader will oversee end-to-end solution delivery, provide technical direction to engineering teams, and partner closely with business, architecture, product, and operations stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
This role requires a balance of people leadership, technical leadership, strategic planning, and execution excellence to deliver transformational capabilities that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $260,590.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
