Job summary

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master's degree in molecular biology, virology, biochemistry, or related field plus 5+ years progressive experience
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant progressive experience
• Knowledge of gene therapy or biologics analytical methods, potency assays, and cGMP requirements
• Experience with cell-based assays, qPCR, HPLC, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, molecular biology techniques
• Demonstrated laboratory operations experience and quality metric program development
• Hands-on experience writing and reviewing SOPs and analytical methods
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in matrixed team environment

Compensation:

$146,800 - $172,700 base salary
