Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced engineering leader to hire and grow the founding software engineering team in our AI Safety & Security group in Colorado.

You will own the Find, Validate, and Patch roadmap, collaborate with evaluation, security, and platform leadership, and communicate status across NVIDIA. The role requires 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years managing teams, plus deep system or ML experience.

• Technical depth: Ability to weigh architecture and evaluation trade-offs in ML or systems software.
• Ambiguity: Steadiness in a young program, where much is still yours to define.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.
