Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Senior Manager, Discovery Operations to build and run the team delivering AI-assisted discovery for personal injury litigation. You will own quality standards, design workflows and staffing, and monitor turnaround time and quality across cases.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale the service while maintaining rigorous legal review. This is a hybrid role reporting to the VP, Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of personal injury litigation with active involvement in discovery work.
• Experience managing people or leading a function in a legal setting.
• Comfort with metrics, SLAs, and data-driven performance.
• Experience with AI-assisted drafting tools and evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the legal quality bar and define templates and playbooks.
• Design end-to-end delivery workflows and staffing models.
• Own metrics such as turnaround time, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to scale the service.
