Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a senior product strategy leader who thrives in ambiguity and helps clients solve complex business problems through digital products, operating model change, and AI-enabled transformation.

You will lead client engagements focused on digital product strategy and AI-enabled change, advise senior stakeholders on vision, priorities, governance, and ways of working, and define strategies that connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in product management, digital product strategy, consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience developing product strategies, transformation plans, and operating model recommendations.
• Strong consulting skills, including executive communication, workshop facilitation, and structured problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize product operating models, governance, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on product vision, investment priorities, governance, and ways of working.
• Define product strategies that connect customer needs, business goals, market context, and technical realities into clear direction and actionable plans.
• Define and mobilize the operating model required to deliver product strategy, including roles, governance, team structure, and delivery methods.
• Assess current-state capabilities and develop target-state roadmaps for transformation.
• Identify AI opportunities and ensure responsible adoption within plans.
• Facilitate executive alignment across product, business, design, engineering, data, and operations.
