Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI and ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for AI and machine learning.
• Lead development of models supporting operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive adoption of AI capabilities.

Skills

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, shipbuilding, engineering

Experience with Azure AI and ML Ops

Familiarity with Generative AI

Knowledge of AI governance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics
