Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Aftermarket Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing for HVAC aftermarket. You will lead a team of 3 professionals and partner with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities and address supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in HVAC or industrial aftermarket.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years with strong negotiation, analytical and project management experience.
  • 5+ years with procurement methodologies should costing, RFQs and contracts.

Carrier, a global leader in HVAC solutions, is seeking an Aftermarket Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing initiatives for our thriving HVAC aftermarket business. This role will manage a team of 3 associates, ensuring the procurement function supports and accelerates double‑digit growth in aftermarket sales. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven leader with deep sourcing expertise, strong team management skills, and a passion for developing strategic playbook.

Role Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in the HVAC or industrial aftermarket sector.
  • 5+ years' experience proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • 5+ years with strong negotiation, analytical, and project management experience
  • 5+ years' experience with procurement methodologies should costing, RFQs and contracts.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Master’s degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
