Job summary

Charles Schwab Advisor Services BCE team seeks a senior writer/consultant to lead thought leadership initiatives and develop scalable programs for independent advisory firms. You will craft in-depth whitepapers and content, shaping industry perspectives.

You will collaborate with BCE leadership to design go-to-market strategies, manage multiple projects, and translate diverse insights into compelling guidance for advisors, with a strong emphasis on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Capable of authoring whitepapers, articles and assets that convey BCE ideas clearly.
• Adapt tone to BCE voice and proven best practices.
• Synthesize diverse sources into actionable insights and thought leadership content.
• Conduct research and interviews to refine and solidify viewpoints with the BCE team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, establishing a leadership voice in the industry.
• Design scalable, repeatable programs and processes that ensure quality and cross-team alignment.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to reach advisors through webcasts, events and workshops.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners to communicate BCE positions to the marketplace.
• Contribute to external media efforts with bylined articles and talking points.
