Job summary

Wal-Mart in Bentonville, AR seeks a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics to own complex analytics projects end-to-end for a business area, category or prototype. You will drive data-driven storytelling through visualizations and deploy production-grade models with CI/CD practices.

The role requires a Master’s or equivalent with experience in data analytics, plus hands-on PySpark, Tableau/Power BI, and real-time/batch API deployments. EOE.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or a related field, plus 2 years data analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or a related field, plus 4 years data analytics experience.
• Experience designing and implementing rule-based algorithms for batch or real-time APIs.
• Experience creating data visualizations to tell a story using Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience using CI/CD tools (JFrog, Airflow) to deploy and maintain production-grade code.
• Developing scalable PySpark scripts to handle large datasets efficiently.
