Job summary

Centri Business Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to oversee Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting engagement work plans. As a leader, you will demonstrate excellent project management, client service, and coaching to teams developing technical competency.

You will supervise complex reviews of SOCF, Equity, and EPS disclosures, manage engagement economics, and lead client meetings with SEC and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA certification required.
• 10+ years accounting experience, 1+ in public accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth oversight of engagement plans for financial reporting and consolidation of trial balances.
• Review complex technical accounting items and assess accuracy of SOCF, Equity, and EPS disclosures.
• Prepare and review complex technical accounting memos with appropriate guidance.
• Coach Managers to develop staff knowledge in financial statement preparation and consolidation.
• Identify scope problems and opportunities for ancillary services; escalate to engagement director as needed.
• Lead client meetings/calls and coordinate with SEC, auditors, and counsel to achieve project goals.
• Oversee engagement economics: monitoring margins, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Build in-person relationships with team members and leadership in a hybrid environment.
• Participate in performance processes and coordinate with HR for team development.
• Promote collaboration and continuous learning via the CPE committee.
