Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations to oversee daily operations at a multichannel distribution center in Georgia.

The role focuses on national returns processing and outbound order preparation, with a 2nd shift (5:00pm–1:30am) and occasional weekend work during month and quarter ends. You will lead an operations team, drive Lean improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring staff and coordinating maintenance and KPI

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach warehouse associates; implement performance improvement strategies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory control processes.
• Drive Lean-driven quality operations and monitor KPIs to meet targets.
• Lead outbound packing to meet lead time requirements.
• Initiate projects focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.
