Job summary

Department of Education Headquarters is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to support the Rehabilitation Services Administration's VR program. Responsibilities

Participates in the administration of the performance accountability provisions in Title I of WIOA for the VR program, negotiating performance measures and evaluating program effectiveness.
Serves on project teams to deliver technical assistance regarding data collection and reporting requirements, evaluates internal control systems, and creates analytical tools to support program evaluation and continuous improvement for VR agencies.
Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses of program operations and outcomes, advises management on methods and procedures, and maintains data collection and reporting systems to align with goals.
Participates in work-groups to develop program guidelines, helps identify goals and objectives, and serves on monitoring teams for grantees, including planning, reviews, and corrective action reports.
Leads data sharing collaboration with Federal and non-federal entities to disseminate information and negotiate solutions to complex issues affecting program effectiveness.
