Job summary

Providence Swedish Edmonds is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in mammography to perform high-quality breast imaging in a busy outpatient setting. You will ensure adherence to MQSA and FDA guidelines while delivering compassionate patient care.

The role requires ARRT registry, state licensure, and BLS certification at hire, with mammography credential targeted within one year. Day shift, on-site work at Edmonds facility with competitive pay range.

Description

This position is required to perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high volume outpatient setting, either fixed or mobile. Responsible for producing high quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA either as designated Quality Control technologist as under their direction.

Required Qualifications:

• Formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of full-time mammography.
