Responsibilities

• Employs engineering techniques to analyze software to identify vulnerabilities.
• Re-creates programs to rebuild or exploit weaknesses and strengthen defenses.
• Develops design specifications to offset malware and protect USCYBERCOM infrastructure.
• Maintains proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in vulnerabilities.
• Conducts vulnerability assessments/penetration tests of information systems.
• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs applications containing logical solutions.
• Performs research of software and methodologies for defensive and offensive capabilities.
