• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of 125+ prospects with 110 annual visits.
• Develop strategies to achieve at least $3M in new gifts and 20 major gift proposals yearly.
• Drive at least $500K cash received from portfolio annually.
• Engage donors to articulate goals aligned with Holy Cross priorities.
• Maintain minimum 15 discovery visits per year; adhere to prospect management processes.
• Collaborate with Holy Cross Fund and Gift Planning teams; participate in campaign priorities.
