Qualifications

• Extensive experience with high-net-worth donors and foundations.
• Minimum ten years in progressive fundraising and planned giving.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate and close major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow major gifts and multi-year giving.
• Build and manage a 50–80 donor portfolio with ongoing stewardship.
• Achieve annual major gift solicitation and face-to-face visit targets.
• Collaborate across teams and report on donor activity and outcomes.
