Job summary

Concordia University Wisconsin invites applications for the Director of Donor Relations, a full-time position on the Mequon campus. You will build a network of alumni, donors, and community leaders, and personally participate in qualification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gifts $25,000+.

You will manage a portfolio of 75–100 donors, coordinate visits and events with the Advancement team, and report to the Vice President for Advancement. Evening/weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in fundraising or sales preferred.
• Experience cultivating major gifts and donor prospects.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts of $25,000+.
• Manage a portfolio of 75–100 donors.
• Collaborate with Advancement team on events and campaigns.
• Monitor activities within approved budget.
• Report to Vice President for Advancement.
