Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for the Swing Shift in Brighton, CO. You will maintain mining processing equipment, perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in mechanical repair in industrial settings; welding skills and the ability to operate a skid-steer and lift are a plus. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mechanical repair and industrial maintenance.
• Basic welding skills (stick/arc) and fabrication experience.
• Ability to operate skid-steer, man-lift and other industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment by following manufacturer intervals and company procedures.
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Maintains an inventory of regularly required replacement parts.
• Reports required repairs or other findings to Supervisor.
• Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment to address plant breakdowns.
• Adheres to safety, environmental and company policies and completes required paperwork.
